 Dear Sri Balasubramanyam garu,

                                                           

                                        I am constrained to bring this to your notice in r/o situation prevailing in conversion of P&T Dispensaries as CGHS WELL NESS CENTRES. You are aware that orders are issued in Dec 2018 to merge Dispensaries with CGHS and subsequently detailed orders are issued by MOH in consultation with POSTAL DIRECTORATE with modalities to be observed and steps to be taken before conversion copy of which is enclosed.

                                                         As per the guidelines vide para3[d] of MOH orders issued on 21-12-2018 vide memo.no.11011/01/2016/CGHS-111/EHS “those staff working in DISPENSARIES along with work allotted and posts they are currently holding shall be taken over by CGHS.”But unfortunately all the nontechnical staff was withdrawn forcibly from dispensaries from 1-4-2019 because of which total work was dislocated and patients are facing troubles and conversion work was totally affected.

                                                          

                                                       As such CPMG is requested to look into the matter seriously and take steps required to bring normalcy in functioning of CGHS WELLNESS centers and patients will not suffer.
