                                     SUB- REQUEST FOR IMMEDIATE SHIFTING OF DAP AP

                                                CIRCLE OFFICE TO A.P STATE -REG

Respected Sir,

                                            This is regarding non shifting of DAP office of AP Circle even after separation of AP State period long back. We would like to bring to your kind notice that o/o CPMG was shifted immediately by applying certain norms in separation of staff and establishment. But till date no action was taken to shift DAP office, because of which we particularly the pensioners are facing many problems due to delay in settlement of pension cases which are not being settled months together.

                                     In this background we have requested the kind secretary to take appropriate decision to shift DAP office immediately to AP CIRCLE basing on the same norms applied during shifting of o/o CPMG in r/o staff and establishment. 

Secretary ,dept. of post issued orders for shifting pension,ifa & gpf sections of DAP office wef 1-4-19 and GM finance along with 30 members to funtion from CPMG office. All the files were transferred but till date neither staff nor GM finance came to vijayawada resulting in further delay in settlement of pension cases. As such Secretary is requested to take up the matter seriously and see that the orders of Secretary will be implimented immediately. 

An early action and a reply are requested.
