RESPECTED SIR,

 

                               In continuation of our earlier do letter dt.21-8-20 addressed to CPMG, AP & copy sent to you the fallowing information is submitted.

 

1.    We had discussion with AGM [PLG] BSNL VJA Sri. HARINATH & Sri. CHANDRASEKHAR, CIRCLE CO-ORDINATOR, SANCHARNIGAM PENSIONERS WELFARE ASSOCIATION, NEW DELHI, who informed that, regarding accommodation at Chuttugunta BSNL office they informed that the rent rate is negotiable. Only in r/o Hyd bad they have demanded commercial rent. If the rate is negotiated it can be definitely less than the present rent paying to Vja Corporation and after renovation definitely they will raise the rent.

 

                                 In this back ground, we suggest that you are requested to negotiate with BSNL authorities regarding rent, so that we will be successful in getting the accommodation.

 

2. in P&T Qtrs in M.G. Colony, which are under BSNL control, the fallowing Qtrs are vacant and available, which can be allotted for CGHS WELLNESS CENTER as they are vacant since long time and none occupied.

[A]Type-5 qtr by the side of CGM QTR is vacant which is very much convenient if allotted.

 

[B] Type-3 Qtr no. C-1, C-5 is vacant and they can be allotted.

 

[C]. Nearly 5 Type-2 Qtrs in industrial estate BSNL Qtrs are available which are in good condition but they are far away and even though bus facility is available, patients may suffer to go there which are far away. This may be given last priority.

 

 

                                   In this connection we suggest that, Qtrs mentioned at sl.no.[A] is most convenient and if c-1,5 are allotted some minor repairs are to be taken up before occupation.

 

                            Finally we request you to discuss the matter with BSNL authorities at higher level and settle the matter as early as possible, as local authorities are informed that they have already sent the information to their higher authorities, stating that rent is negotiable but not claiming commercial rent.

 

                               We hope that DIRECTOR CGHS will respond immediately and take steps in this regard. An early action and a reply are solicited.
