FLASH GOOD NEWS

Dear comrades,

                                Nearly 200 pensioners retired between 2006 & 2017 on June 30^th filed cases in CAT HYD requesting to grant increment due on 1^st  July to be given along with DA due from 1^st July and revise pension from the date of retirement and arrears should be paid. Nearly 25 cases were filed division wise. Our state association guided them in the case.

                             Sri. B.Gurudas, ipos, retired SSPO’s and Sri. M.Venkanna, retired PA who are practicing as advocates filed all these cases and processed by arguing effectively.

                            Finally judgments’ delivered in all cases directing the Department to revise pensions as requested by the pensioners by giving 1^st July increment along with DA of 1^st July and pay arrears from the date of retirement.

                                 This is the first step of our victory. we are preparing to file caviets in both AP HIGH COURT & TELANGANA HIGH COURT so that if department files cases in High Court, stay will not be granted and will be disposed directly early by hearing the arguments.

                         

 

 

 

                                 We convey our sincere thanks to both the advocates who has processed the cases and requested hon’ble CAT to complete the arguments by conducting through video and the same was accepted by Hon’ble CAT and completed arguments through video and delivered judgments in all cases in our favour.

ALL DIST/DVN SECRETARIES TO NOTE YOU ARE REQUESTED TO CONTACT PERSONALLY WITH STATE GENERAL SECRETARY AND KEEP READY BY 31ST AUGUST SO THAT WE WILL FILE CAVIETS IN FIRST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER AND IF NESCESSARY FILE CONTEMPT IN HON’BLE CAT FOR EARLY IMPLIMENTATION OF THE JUDGEMENT.
