Esteemed  Sir,

                          Sub:- Submission  of  some   of  the  grievances  of  the  Pensioners of  Prakasam division
                                    For appropriate remedial  action to settle the same – request – reg


                     This  All  India Postal and RMS Pensioners  Association, Prakasam divisional branch is extending warm welcome to our SSPOs, who is dynamic  and expert  in Business development. We  the pensioners and   Sr. Citizens of  this division will co-operative  to  the  administration for it’s the development of  the department.

                     This Association is bringing  the following issues to the SSPOs , Ongole for his kind instructions to all concerned  to  the concerned  for its settlement. 

1.Revision of  Pension to the Pre-2006: 

It came to the notice of his Association that the Director of Postal Services, Hyd has issued the revision sanction to the pre-2006 pensioners due to delinking of  33 years of service. The same has been received by the concerned  Postmasters of this division during the last 3 months.  But  some  of  the  arrears  have  not  been paid  to  the  pensioners from 1.1.2006.  If  already   paid  this association request  the SSPOs, Ongole  to  kindly arrange  the due and  drawan  statement of arrears  to  the  pensioners  for  their  record. So  also  the  personal  copies  of  the sanction  memos  of  the pensioners  may  kindly  got  endorsed  to  them. Many of  the  Family  pensioners   are  not  aware of  the revision  orders  in respect of  their  husbands.

2.Settlement of Life time arrears-

          Some of  the pensioners were died and the family pensions are being drawn.  These pensioners  are not aware of revision orders.  If  these  revision sanction memos were endorsed to the family pensioners, they can  prefer  claims  for life time  arrears.

3. Due and Drawn statement of arrears of the Pensioners  and  Pension fixation memos  of  the pensioners.

           While  thanking the payment of revision arrears of 7th CPC in time this Association request to  kindly arrange a copy of the due and drawn statement s and  pension fixation memos to the pensioners at  the earliest.

 4.  Revised  Basic Pensions  may be got noted  in the  PPOs  

AS per  the  department guide lines  SB a/cs were opened and pensioners  are being paid through SB  accounts. Our  Association requesting the kind  Authority to  kindly get noted the details of monthly pension payment in  PPOs periodically to  avoid  any future litigations.

  At Chirala  HO some benches  or chairs may  kindly arranged to the Sr. Pensions at lease during pension payment days, as they are unable to stand during payment time.

5.Providing  a  room for serving  the  pensioners  at  Ongole  HO:

It  is humbly submit  that  the  pensioners  are unable  to  present  their  problems properly  as  there  is  no  suitable place where  the  guidance can be  sought.  The  agony of  the family pensioners  are  in  high side and  is not  possible to put  In words  Therefore  this  Association is  requesting the  kind  authority   to  provide  and   accommodate a  small room for serving  these pensioners  for  two   to  three hours  a  day  to  them at least.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Thanking  you  Sir,
