The FIRST A.P.STATE Conference
/ 1st AGM Conference of All India Postal & RMS Pensioners Association will
be held as scheduled at COM. S. K. VYAS NAGAR [ARYA VYSYA KALYANA MANDAPAM]MANGALAGIRI. Formal Notice

Notice for 1st AP STATE General Body Meeting &
1st Foundation STATEConference
It is hereby notified that the 1st Annual General Body Meeting as well as the foundation state Conference of All India Postal & RMS
Pensioners Association (AIPRPA) will be held at Arya vysya kalyana
mandapam, MANGALAGIRI. The AGM will start at 10.00 Hrs on 11-03-2015.
The AGM will transact the following
agenda:
1.
Adoption of Report of activities conducted by the state Steering
Committee.
2.
Adoption of Audited Accounts for the period from the formation of state
Steering Committee.
3.
Discussion on Common Memorandum on Pensioners issues and Postal
Sectional Memorandum to 7thCPC.
4. Organizational review
a.
Functioning of District / Divisional Associations.
b.
Relation with other Central Government
Pensioners Organisations and State Government & Public Sector Pensioners
Organisations for building a common platform at state level
5.. Problems of Pensioners:
a.
Problems of pre-2006; pre-1996; and
pre-1986 pensioners.
b.
CGHS functioning and improvements
thereon - Inadequate FMA and related issues - Medicare related issues.
c.
Charter of Demands of NCCPA on
Pensioners issues.
d.
Other problems of pensioners.
