Dear Friends & Comrades,

          Our Association expresses sincere thanks to All  NFPE  Circle Secretaries &  Divisional Secretaries for their support in organizing branches in A.P. Circle. Branches were formed in the following places.

1.     05-11-2013 – RMS “V” Division, Visakhapatnam – Already one pensioners organization is in existence. The Committee meeting of that organization was held on 5-11-2013 in Recreation Club of HO VSP under the President-ship of Sri S.Shankar Rao, President of the organization. General Secretary Sri P.Babuji explained the Appeal of our organization Com. Y. Nagabhushanam, Circle Coordinator explained the necessity of All India Organisation for Postal Pensioners. It was unanimously decided to change the organization as RMS “V” Division branch of our Association and also decided to hold general body meeting soon to ratify the decision of the committee. They also expressed their willingness to hold circle convention of our organization in January at Visakhapatnam. We express our thanks to the organization in the name of RMS pensioners Association with following office bearers at present.

2.       6-11-2013 : Committee  meeting of Pensioners Association which is in existence in Srikakulam District was held in Srikakulam HO. Organization is working with Sri K.Venkata Rao, Retd. SSP as Honourary President, V.Varahalu, Retd. SP as President, Sri K.Venkat Rao, Retd. Post Master, Cell No. 9441161039 as Secretary, B.Ramachandra Rao, as Treasurer and B.Krishna Rao, Retd. ASP as Auditor. The Meeting was attended by P3 DS K.Raja Rao and Chandra Sekhar. Meeting unanimously decided to convert the association as our All India Organisastion Branch. A general Body Meeting will be held in December to ratify the decision of the committee.

3. 7-11-2013 : The issue of opening postal pensioner organisatioin in Visakhapatnam district was discussed with S/sri C.H.Sastry, Suryanarayana and S.Das, Retd. Senior Members. They assured that the meeting of Visakhapatnam postal pensioners will be held in December and organization will be formed.

4. 8-11-2013 : Postal and RMS pensioners meeting of Rajahmundry was held in the evening in the Recretation Club of RMS under Presidentship of Sri G.S.N.Murthy, Retd. HSG-1, RMS. It was decided to convert their organization as our union by holding general body meeting. Branch Secretary R-III, K.Satyanarayana & O.L.Narayana took interest in organizing this meeting.

5.10-11-2013 : Pensioners meeting was organized by NFPE postal comrades of Gudur Division in the premises of MPDO office Gudur. Com. K. Raghavendran, General Convenor and Y.Naghabhushanam, state coordinator, Padmanabhaiah State Pensioners Association Secretary, Com.P.Panduranga Rao, GS, AIPEU GDS NFPE addressed the meeting. Sri Ramanaiah, SPOs Gudur Division attended as Chief Guest. Association was formed with following members.

6.11-11-2013 : A meeting of Chittoor District Pensioners was held at Tirupathi HO meeting was presided by COS P-III, P.Sridhar Babu, which was organized by D.S.P-III and DS R-III NFPE and other comrades. Secretary and Treasurer of the Pensioners Association. Chandra Sekhar and Venkata Swamy were also present on the dias. Com.K.Raghavendran, General convenor, Y.Nagabhushanam, Circle Coordinator and S.K.Humayun, All India President Postmen Union attended and addressed the gathering. It was decided to conduct General Body Meeting of Pensioners Association soon and convert it as Chittoor District Association of our Organisation.

It was proposed to conduct meetings at following places in first week of December, 2013.

The response to our decision is very good  and well received by All Pensioners.

The Office Bearers of NFPE Unions are responding well and organizing pensioners meetings.

Appeal to All Divisional Secretaries of NFPE. All Divisional Secretaries of NFPE Unions are requested  to extend their support  in organizing the Pensioner meeting in their  Divisions for formation of  Divisional  / District Branches.
