through CPMG Lr. No. EST/6TH CPC/DLGS/2012 Dt. 19-5-2015

Respected sir,

I humbly submit the following to the benign presence of kind DAP for examining my case in the light of the orders mentioned under reference and issuing orders upgrading my grade pay to rs.4600/- from 1-1-2006 and granting all consequential benefits at an early date.

I was awarded with LSG w.e.f            while I am in TBOP/ BCR cadre in pay scale of 5000/5500. 6th pay commission recommended for merger of 5000, 5500 and 6500 basics and granted 4600/- grade pay. While accepting this recommendation Govt. issued orders to implement the same.

Recently directorate issued clarificatory orders to implement the same on the merits of each case. In this connection I submit sir, even though I was fixed and working in the grade pay of Rs. 4200/- at the time of my promotion to LSG, as LSG carries higher duties and responsibilities, I am eligible for up gradation of my grade pay to rs.4600/-.

In the light of the above situation I request the kind DAP to consider my case favorably and refix my grade pay to rs.4600/- from 1-1-2006 with all consequential benefits at an early date.
Be pleased to consider.

                                                                     Thanking you sir,

                                                                                                                                     Yours faithfully,

CASE FILED FOR III MACP TO PROMOTEES IN CHENNAI CAT
MACP CASE ADMITTED IN CHENNAI CAT

AIPRPA is organising for a legal battle in Chennai Bench of CAT for the Promotees to get their III MACP in line with the Judgment of Jodhpur CAT. The first petition filed by Advocate Arun, who is also a member of Tamilnadu AIPRPA Legal & Defence Cell, has been admitted by the Honourable CAT today.

Other Petitions on behalf of other Promotees who were retired without granting the benefit of III MACP are being filed by the Advocate by batches.

This effort is because of the understanding that whatever be the final outcome of the Jodhpur CAT case that is now pending on appeal in the High Court of Jodhpur, the benefit may be applied only to the individuals who have fought legally a case in this matter. The Government had taken such a position not to extend the benefit to all and similarly placed candidates in the past on several cases.

AIPRPA CHQ suggests all our State Units to take appropriate action in this matter
