Respected sir,
                           
                                        1 .  Even though  orders were issued on 15th may 2017 and already completed 18 months still many cases of pension revision with option-3 are pending as on date. Naturally every pensioner is expecting settlement immediately. As such you are requested to complete the process immediately, as  everyone is in need of money and on the other hand all the benefits of regular employees like bonus etc are being paid immediately, there is every scope of thinking that they are being deprived.

                                           

                                           We suggest that all HO’S may be delegated powers to settle immediately and to pay and send to DAP for approval subsequently, which will solve the problem. As this is related to 7th CPC item, it can be completed like this by issuing instructions to all HPO’s to finalize and pay the arrears by taking declaration, if required from pensioners.

2. DELAY IN IMPLIMENTATION OF UPGRADATION OF POSTMAN/MG SCALE FROM 1-1-96

                                                     evevn though orders are issued long back upgradation of pay from 1-1-96 is not yet settled. in many divisions the work was not yet started stating that clarification required,eventhough orders are very clear and already clarification issued recently by Directorate. very few cases that too those who are in service were settled and arrears also paid, but the cases of pensioners are kept pending.this is nothing but clear discrimination which has to be stopped forthwith. as such GM FINANCE/CPMG are requested to take steps to impliment the orders immediately and pay arrears to postmen/mg’s in the circle.

3. NON IMPLIMENTATION OF ORDERS ON INCLUDING TRAINING PERIOD AS SERVICE FOR DR CANDIDATES  INR/O TBOP/BCR TO THOSE WHO ARE IN SERVICE AS ON 1-1-1986.

                                                 Eventhough orders are very clear this order was not yet implimented in many divisions and in some divisions it was implimented to those who are in service on the date of order instead of 1-1-86 which is not the spirit of the order. as such CPMG /GM is requested to issue clear instructions to impliment the orders in true spirit to all those who are in service on 1-1-86.

                                We hope that CPMG/GM FINANCE will respond positively and take appropriate action deemed fit.
