Sub- request for drawl of
FMA to family pensioners- reg
Respected sir,
This is regarding non drawl of FMA to family
pensioners in many divisions. At the time of demise of pensioner a declaration
has to be obtained from family pensioner for drawl of fixed medical allowance
by the department. As they are not aware of this many family pensioners could
not produce declaration. Even though it is the responsibility of the department
to obtain declaration from them in many divisions it is not followed resulting
in non drawl of fixed medical allowance.
As such CPMG is requested to issue instructions to
obtain declarations from them and draw fixed medical allowance so that family
pensioners will be thankful to the authorities.
An early action is
requested.

FMA to CGHS cord holders who opted for only inpatient treatment- reg
Respected sir,
This is regarding non
drawl of FMA to CGHS cord holders who opted for only inpatient treatment. It is
to inform that as per rules and guidelines CGHS cord holders from out of CGHS
area are having option of having only inpatient treatment. To those who opted
for only inpatient cords will be issued by addl. Director, CGHS by giving
letter to draw FMA to them as they are entitled for the same.
But in spite of letter
from CGHS authorities the same is not being drawn to those officials by Post
Masters concerned on one plea or other.
As such CPMG is requested
to issue instructions to draw FMA to those pensioners from non CGHS area who
opted for only in patient treatment and letters issued by CGHS authorities.
An early action is
requested.
