NATIONAL COUNCIL STAFF SIDE

ON 11^TH DECEMBER 2014

JCM, National Council, Staff Side organizations will be organizing a National Convention of all Central Government  Employees at New Delhi on 11.12.2014. Railway, Defence & Confederation will participate in the convention. Convention will declare future course of action. DA merger, Interim Relief, Date of effect of 7^th CPC inclusion of GDS under 7^th CPC etc are the main demands.

AIPRPA CHQ OFFICE BEARERS WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES NATIONAL CONVENTION ORGANISED BY JCM NATIONAL COUNCIL STAFF SIDE IN NEW DELHI ON 11.12.2014 FOCUSSING DEMANDS LIKE MERGER OF DA, INTERIM RELIEF ETC. 

Since it will be climate of cold in New Delhi and the time at disposal is very short, it has been decided to limit our solidarity call to 4th December Postal JCA programme and 5th December Central TUs rally to the members of Delhi State and neighbouring states in North India. 

NCCPA and BCPC decided to call for our participation in 11th December Central Government Employees National Convention. However due to the reason that the number of Delegates from Pensioners Organisations will be limited, it has been decided that only the CHQ Office Bearers of AIPRPA will participate in this National Convention besides 5 Delegates from Delhi State.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Sub: Submission of Life Certificate in the month of November, 2014

Attention is invited to this Office OM No. CPAO/Tech/Pre-2006/Revision/2011-12/191 dated 23rd October, 2012 circulating therewith a copy of CPAO's' advertisement in English released in the leading national and regional dailies on 21st October, 2012 regarding obtaining of life certificate in the revised format by the authorized banks from the Central Civil pensioner/ family pensioner in November every year.

It was also advised that the information on the current address and telephone number collected from the Life Certificates is to be updated on the banks master data with the CPPC and the updated master data is required to be sent to CPAO not later than the last week of December every year.

Since the pensioners/family pensioners would start approaching the banks for life certificate from 1st of November, it is reiterated that all Pension Account Holding Branches must be sensitized to ensure the receipt of Life Certificate in the revised format (copy enclosed).

The updated master data must reach CPAO not later than the last week of December, 2014. The modified format of Life Certificate is also available on CPAO's website www.cpao.nic.in at the link "Forms-For Pensioners" appearing on the left pane of Home Page.

For Respected Comrades Visiting Dwarka in Diamond jubilee celebration on 23-24 November, 2014.

Dear Comrades,

Reception Committee welcomes all Legend Leaders, Central Working Committee Members of all affiliated unions of NFPE and invited guests at Dwarka. 

Kindly consider following instructions:

1. There is nice and adequate arrangement at the venue of the function to accommodate all CWC participants and invited guests. Double bed rooms will be shared by four members. Each union will be provided rooms considering eligible CWC participants and they have to adjust accordingly.

2. We have booked whole building having 58 two bed rooms and 8 four bed rooms at the venue. There is no spare or extra room in which any comrade coming with family or additional members can be accommodated. So any member coming with extra person or family has to book, at own cost, another accommodation elsewhere. A room @Rs. 200 to 400 can be easily procured even by a stranger. It will be easily and readily available near Dwarka temple itself and Reception Committee will also help in this. Advance arrangement can be done if email showing no.of person and room requirements is sent in advance to : rashminpurohit@rediffmail.com

3. All (except special invitee only) members will pay Rs.1000/- as Delegation Fee. A memorable memento, bag and other materials including passes for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be given. Reception committee incurs catering expenditure @Rs.600/- per person. For those who takes accommodation elsewhere will be given passes only @Rs.500/-.

4. Accommodation will be available from 11:00 a.m. on 22-11-14 and all rooms shall have to be vacated latest by 8:00 a.m. on 25-11-14. For Gujarat circle working committee members, accommodation can be available only from 23-11-14 morning and up to 24th noon.

5. There is strict restriction in Gujarat on consumption of alcohol. No liquor will be allowed. This will be strictly observed. Particularly Dwarka being pilgrimage place, no Non-veg food can be prepared or allowed.

6. All delegates from all unions of Gujarat coming in Circle working committee meetings or as visitors will pay Rs.500/- as delegate fees. No exceptions for anyone except specially invited guests. Memento will be given only to CWC members of all circle unions through their C/S only.

7. This is our own function. It is our joint venture. Still advertisements are not coming. All D/S outside Gujarat are requested to send at least two advertisements. All divisions in Gujarat should now take all pains to procure advertisements as many as possible.

Special prepray:

A special warm farewell will be given to Respected Comrade M. Krishnan to acknowledge his dedicated and glittering role as a leader of NFPE and to wish him for successful performance as S.G. Confederation of C.G. Employees.

All C.S. can come with preparation to register their presence in this program. This farewell will be given by all CHQs.
