Respected sir,

I humbly submit to the benign presence of kind DAP to refix my pension as per the orders mentioned vide reference cited above. While working as …………………I was retired from service on ……………… my PPO number is ……………..

                  

                                 At the time of implementation of 6^th pay commission recommendations my pension was fixed as Rs…………. From 1-1- 2006. As per the orders cited under reference my basic pension has to be refixed and it should not be less than 50% of the minimum pay in the pay band and grade pay corresponding to pre revised pay scale from which I have retired.

                                       According to the above orders my pension should not be below Rs……………… but actually it was fixed and drawn as Rs…………… from 1-1-2006.as such my basic pension may please be refixed from 1-1-2006 and arrears may be drawn till date including DA raised from time to time.

                                                 An early action is requested.
