NOTICE

Notice for 1^st Annual General Body Meeting &

1^st Foundation STATE CONFERENCE OF AP CIRCLE

It is hereby notified that the 1^st Annual General Body Meeting as well as the foundation STATE CONFERENCE OF AP CIRCLE of ALL India Postal & RMS Pensioners Association (AIPRPA) will be held at Sri KODANDA RAMASWAMY KALYANA MANDAPAM, MORIESPET, TENALI under the Presidentship of Comrade T. NARASIMHAN, VICE CHAIRMAN, CHQ & OTHER PRESEDIUM MEMBERS. The AGM will start at 10.00 Hrs on 10.07.2014.

The AGM will transact the following agenda:

1.             Adoption of Report of activities conducted by the STATE Steering Committee.

2.             Adoption of Audited Accounts for the period from the formation of All India Steering Committee.

3.             Submission of Common Memorandum on Pensioners issues and Postal Sectional Memorandum to 7^thCPC.

4.             To finalise suggestions on By-law

5.             Organisational Review:

6.             Problems of Pensioners:

a.             Problems of postal Pensioners.

b.                  Problems of pre-2006; pre-1996; and pre-1986 pensioners.

c.                   CGHS functioning and improvements thereon - Inadequate FMA and related issues - Medicare related issues.

d.                  .Other problems of pensioners.

7.             Election of Office Bearers and Management Committee Members to STATE COMMITTEE for 2014-2017.
