Dear comrades,

Notice for first state & all India conference are sent along with this letter for your information.

Delegate fee will be rupees 100/- for state conference and rupees 500/- for all India conference. Mobilize maximum number of delegates for both the conferences as we have to discuss and finalize the by laws of all India body and memorandum to be submitted to 7^th pay commission which has to be submitted on 30^th July 2014.

Note : All divisional Secretaries of nfpe/fnpo affiliated unions are requested to take steps to mobilize delegates to both the conferences from your divisions.
