Sub- submission of items for discussion
in the co ordination meeting on 26thapril 2016-reg
Sir,
We are here with
submitting the items for discussion in the meeting on 26th April
2016. These may be settled immediately without further delay.
1.
Immediate opening of CGHS WELL NESS CENTRE at
Visakhapatnam which was sanctioned long back
Even though CGHS wellness
centre was sanctioned long back till date it was not established on one plea or
other stating that proper accommodation was not available. In this connection
we feel that number of both centra/state govt. accommodations is available at
Visakhapatnam. Of late it was informed that accommodation was available at BSNL
and asked for permission. We feel that immediate action may be taken to
establish the wellness centre by which both serving & pensioners will be facilitated.
2.
Granting of permanent CGHS ID CORDS to those who got
cords on 6 monthly renewal basis and completed 10 years.
When an employee retired
in CGHS covered area he will be issued permanent ID cord by payment of 10 years
subscription. Temporary cords were issued to non CGHS area pensioners on the
basis of 6 monthly renewals. Now they crossed 10 years. As such they are entitled
for permanent cord without further payment. As such action may be taken to
issue permanent cords to them.
3.
Opening of CGHS ADMNISTRATIVE OFFICE IN NEWLY FORMED
A.P. STATE
Immediate steps may be
taken to open new administrative office of CGHS in newly formed AP State with
branches at Visakhapatnam & Tirupathi.
4. OPEING OF CGHS WELLNESS CENTRES IN EACH DISTRICT HQRS
IN NEW A.P. STATE.
Immediate
steps may be taken to convert present P&T Dispensaries as CGHS wellness
centers and opening of at least one wellness centre in each District.
Thanking you
sir,
Yours faithfully,
[Y. NAGABHUSHANAM]
GENERAL SECRETARY.
