Vide lr. No. 4-7/MACPS/2009/-PCC, DT. 25-4-2011

Respected sir,

I would like to bring to the notice of Directorate orders in r/o MACP promotions cited u/r. in spite of clear orders from directorate many such cases are kept pending without settlement. Many officials who promoted to GR’D/ POSTMEN/MAILGUARD appearing the exam /PRAMOTED  basing on the service in GDS and joined in GR’D’ post earlier and joined in higher post subsequently, their service in gr’d’ should not be counted for MACP and should not be counted as one promotion.

Number of cases is pending in our circle since long time. Some examples are cited below which are brought to the notice in circle pension Adalat also.

1.       Sri. B. NARASINGA RAO, SA, HRO VSP
2.       SRI. G. RAMAKRISHNA, PA, VIZAYANAGARAM DN
3.        SRI V. VINAY KUMAR, SA, HRO VJA
4.       SRI. D. MANGA RAO, SA, HRO VJA.

These are only few cases. Number of cases is pending. As such DAP is requested to settle the cases immediately at an early date, so that number of pensioners will be benefitted.

Thanking you sir,
                                                                                                                                                      Yours faithfully,

                                                                                                                                  [Y. NAGABHUSHANAM]
