Sub- request for drawl of FMA to family pensioners- reg

Respected sir,
This is regarding non drawl of FMA to family pensioners in many divisions. At the time of demise of pensioner a declaration has to be obtained from family pensioner for drawl of fixed medical allowance by the department. As they are not aware of this many family pensioners could not produce declaration. Even though it is the responsibility of the department to obtain declaration from them in many divisions it is not followed resulting in non drawl of fixed medical allowance.
As such CPMG is requested to issue instructions to obtain declarations from them and draw fixed medical allowance so that family pensioners will be thankful to the authorities.
An early action is requested.

                                                  Thanking you sir,,
                                                                                              Yours faithfully,
